Estonia matches BT achievements
It was proudly announced at the fibre-to-the-Home Council event in Vienna, that Estonia has the same broadband adoption levels as the UK.
But perhaps their proudest boast is that they also are beating the UK on next generation fibre-based broadband services. All this in a country where the average citizen earns less then EUR500 per month.
Can it really be true that the Estonian incumbent is more forward thinking ours? With 25 EU countries to learn from, perhap we now stand a chance of catching up?
