Q6. Do you know how to calculate your transmitted EIRP?

Q7. If you use 5.8 GHz RLAN equipment, which part network do you use it for (i.e. access (last mile), backhaul or both)?

Q8. Are you aware of the need to apply for a licence to register all of the transmitting stations before using the 5.8 GHz band?

Q9. Do you think that the availability of the 5.8 GHz band can provide solutions to any problems encountered with the current 2.4 GHz regulations? If not, please explain why.

Q10. How do think 5.8 GHz equipment costs will compare with costs for 2.4 GHz equipment? Please provide details.

Q11. Do you think Ofcom should maintain a light licensing regime or aim to make the 5.8 GHz band fully licence exempt, with no need to register terminals?
